Universal transshipment complex in the area of the berth #8 is intended to provide cargo handling and warehousing for receiving, storage and shipment of export and import goods. Characteristics of the complex: - length of the berth #8 - 190 m; - length of the auxiliary berth – 71.5 m; - length of the connection to the berth №7 - 27 m; - depth at the berth - 10.5 m; - facilities - portal cranes (40 tons) - 3 units; - annual turnover of the complex - 1.0 million tons. The complex provides the construction of transformer substations, treatment facilities, and storage areas. The area of universal transshipment complex at berth #8 will be 9900 m2, including limit - 6,800 m2; rear - 3100 m2. |

Description of investment project: |
The main purpose of complex for bulk cargoes transshipment at the berth № 14A is to provide cargo handling and storage operations on receiving, storing and shipping of various export and import of vegetable bulk cargoes. Complex has the following key features: - length of the berth № 14А – 240 meters; - square of surrounding area – 3 ha; - depth at the berth – 10,5 meters; - average annual cargo – 0,7 million tons; - for storage of vegetable bulk cargoes 7 tanks with the capacity 11 000 tons each will be used; - number of handled vessels at the berth – 35 per year. As a result of the investment project is expected to: - construct of a modern complex for transshipment of bulk cargo at the berth № 14A, which will meet international standards; - increase cargo handling volume at least 0.7 million tons per year; - increase of annual incomes and deductions to the state budget; - increase the attractiveness of the port, improving its competitiveness among ports of Azov-Black Sea basin. |

Indoor-outdoor water park will be a universal center of recreation and entertainment with a capacity of 750 people at a same time staying in the water park. The investment project envisages the construction of parking area, water gated and open-water complex.
