On 26th of May, 2012 Ambassador of Ukraine in Serbia V.Nedopas took part in celebrations on the occasion of Day of Belgrade church of saint Cyril and Methodii. The official guests of the event were Ambassador of Canada in Serbia R.Vaschuk, Nuncio of Vatican in Serbia O.Antonini, episcope of Krizevecka eparchy of Greek-Catholic church G.Djudjar, head of National Council of Ukrainian National Minority in Serbia J.Sapun, Head of National Council of Ruthenian National Minority in Serbia S.Rac, priests of Greek-Catholic, Rome, Orthodox churches in Serbia, representatives of the Ministry of religion and Diaspora in Serbia, journalists, Ukrainian-Ruthenian Diaspora. Program of the event included celebrity service, presentation of cultural groups of Ukrainian Diaspora from Indjija, Ruski Krstur, chore of Philology Faculty of Belgrade University, degustation of Ukrainian cuisine.

During the service priest Dj.Varga pointed out that those days are the days of commemorating victims of political repressions in Ukraine as well as called upon the present for interpolitical, intercultural and interethnic cooperation.
