On the 23d of June, 2011 V.Nedopas, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Serbia, met with P.Markovic, Minister of Culture, Media and Information Society of the Republic of Serbia.

At the meeting the organization of Days of Ukrainian Culture in Serbia in 2012 and signing of the new Program of Cooperation in Cultural Sphere between the Ministries of Culture of Ukraine and Serbia, were discussed.

The opportunities for bilateral cooperation in cultural sphere by means of organizing joint exhibitions and a visit of a Ukrainian ballet or dancing group to Belgrade in 2011 were also discussed.

Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Serbia took the opportunity to invite P.Markovic to jointly open the exhibition  «Independent Ukraine. History in persons»  which will take place on the 18th of July in the Ethnographic Museum of Serbia.
