Comment of the MFA on the decision about choosing the instrument for punishment of those who are guilty in MH17 airline crash
On July 5, 2017 the Government of Netherlands, in the name of Australia, Belgium, Malasia, Netherlands and Ukraine which are the participants of Joint investigation group for MH17crash, made an official statement about choosing the instrument of punishment of those who are guilty in this crime.
As it is already known, Rusiia blocked in 2015 the UN security Council resolutionabout creation of Tribunal on MH17 crash.
Taking int account all possible options the states/investigators adopted the decision to hold a criminal case on MH17 crash i nterms of judicial system of the Netherlands.
