On the 3d of May, 2017 The Committee of Ministers of Council of Europe adopted the decision about the situation in Crimea which is the first complex document about only Criam theme ever adopted in the Council of Europe.

Committee of Ministers one more time confirmed its position about the souverreignity, teritorial integratity pf Ukraine in its internationally recognized borders. 

By condemning the ilegal anexation of Crimea by Russia the Committe of Ministers pointed out that such act of Russian Federation is the violation of international law.
