On 13th of April, 2010, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Serbia V.Nedopas met with First Vice Prime Minister, Minister for Interior of the Republic of Serbia I.Dačić.

The opportunities for bilateral cooperation in the sphere of emergency situations response, in particular between the Operative Rescue Center of the Ministry for Emergency Situations Response of Ukraine and the International Regional Center for Emergency Response in Niš (Serbia), working out the drafts of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on Cooperation in Combating Crime and the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on the Provisions of Mutual Traveling of the Citizens, as well as the ways to share experience in the sphere of ensuring public security in the context of Ukraine’s preparation to Euro-2012 were discussed.

The sides have agreed that more detailed discussion will follow on expert level during the visit of the representatives of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia to Ukraine next week.
