has commemorated the Day of Remembrance together with veterans from Ukrainian and Rusin diaspora who liberated Serbia in the Second World War. The thematic photogallery was openned in the premises of the Embassy, dedicated to the historical paralels between liberation of Kyiv and Serbian cities, between the history and todays actions aimed at cultivation of memory about the victims of the Second World War. Veterans were given the simbolical marks and flowers. Later they took part in planting kalina, specially brought from Ukraine on the anniversary of WWII end, in the garden of the Embassy. At the end veterans together with the Embassy of Ukraine laid wreths to the monument of Liberators of Belgrade and the monument of Unknown soldier in Belgrade.
