Consular registration

Citizens of Ukraine, who are registering the permission to reside permanently in other state certified in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine, may visit Consular division of the Embassy during the working days and apply for permanent consular registration.

Please provide the following documents when applying for consular registration:
· Filled application form;
· Filled registration card;
· Passport of citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad including visa endorsement page and its copy;
· Copy of permission for permanent or temporary residence on the territory of the Republic of Serbia;
· One photo;
· Payment confirmation.

After filling of the application form, which must be received in person by the applicant to the passport of citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad will be set consular registration mark.

Children under the age of 18 will be included to the registration card of a parent. The photo (the size 35х45 mm) of each child should be attached with the registration card of a parent.

Temporary consular registration

Citizens of Ukraine who have the permission for permanent or temporary residence on the territory of the Republic of Serbia more than for three month for the education, internships, medical treatment, business trip, contract work etc. and residing on the territory of the consular district of the Embassy, for the temporary consular registration should submit following documents:
· Filled application form;
· Filled registration card;
· Passport of citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad including visa endorsement page and its copy;
· Copy of permission for permanent or temporary residence on the territory of the Republic of Serbia;
· One photo;
Such procedure does not provide fee handing.

The renunciation of the consular registration

Citizens of Ukraine, who are on the consular registration in the Consular office of the Ukrainian Embassy to the Republic of Serbia, and moving to Ukraine for residence, other states for the renunciation of the consular registration submits such documents:
· Filled application form;
· A copy of the passport of citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad
A relevant record and a mark (stamp) should be made in the passport of citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad after the renunciation of the permanent consular registration.

The renunciation of the permanent consular registration does not provide fee handing.

Note! According to the Ukrainian legislation, temporary consular registration is a citizen right, but not obligation. But, your registration in the Consular office of the Ukrainian Embassy to the Slovak Republic can help you in such cases:
· to contact with you, in case if your relatives will search for you, to transfer you some message;
· to help you in an emergency case in a host country (acts of terrorism, earthquake, flooding, fire, car accident, etc.);
· considerably to simplify the procedure of the extradition of documents for returning to Ukraine.
